It's now July 6th, 2018. Time still continues on, and not one day has passed that we don't stare at your picture in disbelief. You tried to prepare us for that day, but nobody was ready, we never would've been able to let you go. How we miss your humor, that laugh and smile. You were one in a million, and we are all so thankful you were our Dad. Thinking of you often with a broken heart. Some day we will heal, it's just not happening yet. We love you Dad. 🌹

Uncle Jim might not have been related to me by blood but he was still my Uncle. I spent more time with him as a kid than I did my actual uncles. He always had a smile and a kind word for everyone. Uncle Jim was a wonderful man. I can see my Dad with him up in heaven catching up on things after all these years. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

What can I say about a man that taught us all how to be better people. It was unacceptable to him when you wouldn't try to be a better person. We all would fall off the wagon once in a while but my Dad would expect you to get up, straighten up, and learn from your mistakes. You learned from him and my Mom, over all these years, what family is all about. They learned from their parents too.... John & Marcella and Clara & Max. WRFPF is our motto. Thank you Dad & Mom, from the bottom of our hearts, for making us who we are today. I love this family more than my own life. Watch over Mom and all of us ok Dad?

Life is the opportunity to share and enjoy with friends and family, but it always comes to an end. We know Jim was a kind person who shared with us and made life better for many around him. We are sorry to know that he is gone, but we are glad that he went away peacefully and being remembered as a good person. I (Hernan) will personally rememeber him as such a good guy that opened the doors of his home to a friend from far away.
May he rest in peace and all the good positive energy goes to his family to go on in life with the strength of his memory.

I am thankful that we stayed closed and got together for dinner at times. I often think of the times you came to my hospital as a patient and we laughed (along with Norma) so much. I am going to miss you.

You were the best Dad, not a day will go by that we will not think of you. The greatest example of what a family is supposed to be, you set an example for us to follow. Your humor and laughter will always be in our hearts. We will make you proud and carry on family traditions. Watch over us Dad, as we continue our journey with you as our guardian angel. Help us accept this Dad. We love you.
