Melvin V. Heckathorn, 85 a resident of the Pennsylvania Soldiers & Sailors Home, passed away there Thursday November 19, 2020. He was born in Franklin, PA on July 18, 1935. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam war. Burial will be in the Pennsylvania Soldiers & Sailors Home Cemetery with full military honors on Monday November 23, 2020 at 11am.
