Jane E. Mosakowski

Jane Ellen Mosakowski ,age 67, of Erie PA passed away on Monday February 13, 2023 after a brief illness.
She was born in Erie, PA on March 5, 1955, daughter of the late Joseph and Helen Zenewicz Mosakowski.
In addition to her parents, Jane was preceded in death by her partner, James Hiltabel, who passed away on January 16, 2022.
She was a graduate of Tech Memorial High School, class of 1973.  She retired from the County of Erie as an Administrative Secretary/Accounting Specialist in September of 2014 after 20 years of dedicated service.
She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, a cottage at the beach, camping, reading. playing cards, crossward puzzles and word jumbles.
She was a member of St. Luke Catholic Church.
Jane is survived by her daughter, Andrea Lynn Kramer, sister JoAnn Roschy (Richard), brothers Joseph R. Mosakowski and Jeffrey Mosakowski, and sister Julie Mosakowski.  She is also survived by 2 grandchildren, Jennifer Pursell and Robert Pursell III, four great grandchildren, Jenasia, Jahvari, Jeniyah, and Jayveon Holmes, 2 aunts and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family would like to express their gratitude to Aseracare Hospice for the compassionate care administered through out Jane's illness.
No calling hours will be observed.
Arrangements are being handled privately on behalf of the family through the Carl A. Slomski & Son Funeral Home Inc. 2101 Ash St.
