Lottie F. Twaroski Turowski, 90 of Erie died Wednesday November 8, 2017 at UPMC Hamot.  She was born in Erie on June 30, 1927,  daughter of the late Casimer and Lottie Glance Twaroski.  Lottie was a member of Mount Calvary Church.  She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.  She  also enjoyed reminiscing about the past, watching EWTN, television, classic movies, and baking, especially pies.  She was preceded in death by her husband Harry Turowski, whom she married on August 2, 1947, and was married for 47 years  when he passed away.  She was also preceded in death by sons-in law, Robert Carter Sr., Eric Irons, and Frank Ferraro Jr., brother Edward Twaroski, brother-in-law Steve Cash, and sister-in-law Kathleen Twaroski.  Survivors include her children, Lottie Carter, Susan Turowski, Peggy Irons, Kathleen Ferraro, James Turowski (Carol), and Michael Turowski (Stef), grandchildren, Robert Carter Jr., Patricia Mazzarese, Nathan Irons, Davis Gigogne, Travis Gigogne, Frank Ferraro III, Matthew Turowski, Steven Turowski, and Alexsandra Turowski, great grandchildren, Andrew Carter, Allison Carter, Jillian Mazzarese, Jennifer Mazzarese, Frank Mazzarese Jr., Zander Irons, Zoey Irons, Aidan Gigogne, and Ean Gigogne, brothers Frank Twaroski (Betty), and Thomas Twaroski, sister Helen Cash, friend and helper Sheryl, and many nieces and nephews.  Friends may call at the Carl A. Slomski & Son Funeral Home Inc. 2101 Ash St on Sunday 2pm to 4pm & 6pm to 8pm and may attend a service there, Monday at 9:30am followed by a Funeral Mass at Mount Calvary Church at 10am.  Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.  Memorials may be made to Mount Calvary Church.  Please send condolences to  www.slomskifuneralhome.com
