Eli Michael Kapsar gifted to Michael and Rita on April 5th 1993 went to sit on the bench with Helen Dubinski, Poker F.S. and Paul J. Kapsar Sr. on January 3rd, 2018. Eli attended St. Luke's Gr. School, Fort Leboeuf High and McDowell Intermediate and High, furthering his education at Edinboro, with his multiple health situations Eli did his best to reach his goals, one being a History Major and tried his many ideas. Eli brought and left smiles, his most enjoyed motto-" Not Being Weird is Weird." Eli's large family will remember his excitement, calmness, caring, and much more. Thank you to his long time Neurologist, and 1 friend Z.Z. for being a good friend. Eli's 2 favorite females miss him pawfully. Now you can Fly Johnathan Livingston Seagull Fly.
